Pench Tiger Reserve nestling in the lower southern reaches of the satpuda hills is named after Pench River, meandering through the park from north to south. It is located on the southern boundary of Madhya Pradesh, bordering Maharashtra, in the districts of Seoni and Chhindwara.Pench National Park, comprising of 758 SQ Kms, out of which a core area of 299 sq km is the national park and and remaining 464 sq km is the buffer area. The Pench National Park, like it did in the iconic 'The Jungle Book', still brings humans in close contact with wildlife. Rudyard Kipling based Mowgli's adventures, and his battle with the furious Sher Khan, on this very place.It is divided by river Pench into nearly two equal parts. This magnificent expanse shelters over 285 resident and migratory birds.
Pench National Park, with its majestic tigers and several other animals and birds, will bring back the thrill you used to have, when watching Mowgli battle Sher Khan.

Please note: This Tour begins and ends at Mumbai. Participants may choose to reach Nagpur by either air or road depending on their preference. However, all required assistance will be duly provided.
Day 0 : Departure from Mumbai
Departure from Mumbai by Vidarbha Exp/ Duranto Exp from Mumbai Central at 19:10/20:15 pm
Day 1 : Briefing session and evening safari
Upon arrival at Nagpur at 7:20/8:55 am, participants will have a breakfast and then leave for Pench via SUV vehicles (3 hours’ Drive). At around noon, check in hotels and post lunch get ready for first jungle safari in the afternoon, followed by late evening meeting at hotel. Small informative slide show at the end.
Day 2 : Morning and evening safari
Early morning wildlife safari, followed by breakfast and discussion about sightings. Afternoon safari post lunch. After evening refreshments, informative session on Biodiversity followed by dinner.
Day 3 : Shopping session and safari
Early morning wildlife safari. Post lunch, we will check out and reach Nagpur station (Shopping session in between, if time permits) for return journey via Duranto Exp (20:40 pm)/Vidarbha Exp, (17:15 pm)
Day 4 : Reach Mumbai
Reach Mumbai early morning (Duranto 7:55 am / Vidarbha 7 am)
